We build slow, we build right, and we own every truck ourselves — no franchises, no shortcuts. Inspired by the deliberate growth philosophy of In-N-Out and Dutch Bros, Doener District is bringing the rotating spit to the Lake Norman region.
Starting in Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, and Mooresville — and building from there.

The story
Two guys from Carinthia.
One thing they couldn't find in NC.
Jonas and Sandro grew up in Carinthia, Austria — where a proper döner after a night out isn't a treat, it's a given. When they ended up in North Carolina, they found great barbecue, great craft beer, and a serious gap where the döner should be. So they decided to fill it themselves. Everything made in-house — the spice blend, the three house sauces, the meat — no shortcuts, no franchise playbook. Just two people who know what it's supposed to taste like.
